• Therapy following plasma exchange period: Cablivi 11 mg administered via SC injection once a day continuing for one month following the final daily plasma exchange. If after the initial therapy course, sign(s) of persistent underlying disease present, therapy may be extended for at least 28 days.
• Discontinue Cablivi 11 mg treatment in case the respective patient experiences excess than a couple of recurrences of acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, while on therapy with Cablivi. 

• Severe bleeding may occur; risk is increased in those with underlying coagulopathies. In case of clinically significant bleeding, interrupt Cablivi 11 mg injection treatment. Withhold treatment 7 days before elective surgery, dental procedures, or any other invasive interventions. 
• Use of Cablivi is restricted in those with known severe hypersensitivity reactions to this medicine or to any of the existing excipients. Hypersensitivity reactions have included urticaria.
• Follow your health specialist’s instructions about using Caplacizumab-yhdp during pregnancy. This medicine may be responsible for increasing the risk of bleeding in both mother and baby.
