Libtayo is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) blocking antibody used for:

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): to treat patients (as a first-line treatment) with NSCLC whose tumors have high PD-L1 expression, with no EGFR, ALK or ROS1 aberrations, and is locally advanced where patients are not eligible for surgical resection or definitive chemoradiation.

Recommended Dosage: The recommended dosage of Libtayo (Cemiplimab-rwlc) is 350 mg administered as an intravenous infusion over 30 minutes every 3 weeks until the disease is progressive or any kind of unacceptable toxicity occurs.

• Cemiplimab-rwlc can cause primary/secondary adrenal insufficiency. For Grade-2 or greater adrenal insufficiency, start symptomatic therapy, including hormone replacement as clinically required. Withhold Cemiplimab-rwlc depending on severity. 
• Libtayo injection can cause immune-mediated hypophysitis. Hypophysitis can exist with acute symptoms associated with mass effects such as photophobia, headache, or visual field defects. Hypophysitis can cause hypopituitarism. Start hormone replacement as required. Withhold or permanently interrupt treatment on behalf of severity.
• Libtayo 350 mg/7 mL injection may cause immune-mediated thyroid disorders. Thyroiditis can exist with/without endocrinopathy. Hypothyroidism may follow hyperthyroidism. Start hormone replacement or medical management of hyperthyroidism as clinically needed. Withhold or permanently interrupt therapy on behalf of severity. 
• Monitor patients for hyperglycemia or certain other signs/symptoms of diabetes. Start treatment with insulin as clinically required. Withhold Cemiplimab-rwlc therapy depending on severity. 
• Serious infusion-related reactions (Grade 3) may occur in those receiving Cemiplimab as a single agent. Monitor patients for signs/symptoms of infusion-related reactions. Interrupt or slow the infusion rate or permanently interrupt injection Cemiplimab depending on severity of reaction. 
• Fatal and other severe complications can occur in those who receive allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) prior to or after being treated with a PD-1/PD-L1 blocking antibody.
